Hosting Virtual Galleries

In support of marking our centennial in 2026, we are asking friends, family or anyone with information on this building, Pedro C. & Eugenia Olivares, or our patrons to share your memories, photographs, other information or memorabilia.  This petroliana collection is focused on gasoline station and petroleum industry photographs from the first 50 years of Union Service Station:  1926-1976.  Photo galleries will be added by decades as we attempt to capture Rio Grande City's zeitgeist.

Yes, crowd-sourcing.  Twenty-first Century tech to save and restore a 20th Century landmark.

With your permission, your photographs will be featured on this website as a tribute to our extended family and friends -- living in one of Texas' most historic communities.  Of course you will be much appreciated and recognized for your help.  Mil gracias!
